Ordering Information

When you have completed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout.

The email contains all the information about your order, the billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is wrong with the order, you should contact us immediately via email ( or telephone (+46 8-447 6500).

You must be 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.


Delivery times

 All orders are sent by post or DHL and our normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. Orders placed on the weekend are normally sent on the Monday after. If there have been delays in your delivery (but we have not notified you of the longer delivery time) then you should contact us directly via email ( or telephone (08-447 6500).



The prices in the shop are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) or Euro. All prices include 25% VAT.We reserve the right to change prices due to change in price from the supplier, misprints in the price list as well as errors in prices depending on inaccurate information and reserve the right to adjust the price.


Our shipping fees are currently:

– Free shipping within Sweden, 160 kr/16€ outside of Sweden

– Free returns on all orders

We accept MasterCard and Visa. There is no additional charge from us. 

We follow the international standards PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) for data protection.

When you are an existing / new registered customer with us or otherwise use our services, you are deemed to accept that we store and manage personal information about you. We handle your personal information; Your contact details,  first and last name and e-mail address. The information is used to provide our services to you and to fulfill our statutory obligations. We do not process more personal information than is necessary. We also need your personal information to provide you with good communication, marketing, follow-up and information services. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. We will no longer process your personal data or obtain new, provided that it is not necessary to fulfill our obligations under contract or law. Keep in mind that revocation of consent may mean that we can not fulfill the obligations we have in relation to you. You can contact us at any time and request the information we have stored about you or request correction.


14 days

Business is not complete until you have received, tested and approved your goods. If you are not completely satisfied you will get your money back.

As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase, without charge, unless you agree to a new proposed deadline due to any delay.

If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days after you have received the goods to request a refund. You have the right to open the packaging to verify that the product is flawless. You always have the right to cancel your purchase.

The right applies to all products on  The item must be returned in its original condition. 

Order the return slip and shipping label from us at and specify what items are being returned as well as the order number on your receipt. When we have received the goods and found that they are not damaged we will pay, within 30 days, the return amount you have paid.



Tell us why you do not accept the goods and indicate the way you think that the product is faulty via e-mail ( or telephone (+46 8 447 6500).

We will then send you a prepaid return package label and instructions to you.

Always notify any complaint as soon as possible.

We accept Swedish Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN).


How to return:

  1. Fill out the return form (ordered from for the returned products and, where appropriate, which products you wish to switch to instead.
  2. Please provide the reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the item or exchange to another.

Warranties and Service

No purchase is complete until the customer is completely satisfied. When you shop at you can always feel safe, thanks to generous warranties and excellent service.


Unclaimed packages

The cost is currently 395 SEK.

Unclaimed packages will not be counted as a termination of your purchase.

You must under Swedish law always tell us we use the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.



In any dispute, we follow Swedish Consumer Complaints Board recommendations.


Product information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as end product sales.

We do not guarantee that the images reflect the product’s exact appearance when a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, the photo quality and resolution.


Force majeure

We take no responsibility for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our control such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes in the products / product characteristics as amended by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for direct or indirect damage / loss that may arise from the customer.
