How long is the delivery time?
We ship as standard 1-3 business days after ordering. During some intense periods, deviations may occur. You will be notified if delays occur.

Scandinavia and Europe: 4-6 working days
Rest of the world: 5-12 days

What are the shipping costs?
We always have free shipping within Sweden.
Other countries cost 7 €.

Do you have any physical shop?
We only sell online.

Can I pick up my order from you?
Unfortunately, there is no pick up option from our stock or office.

Are all products in stock?
We usually have all products in stock for immediate delivery. If a product is not in stock then you will be contacted or there will be information on our website when it is expected to arrive.

Do you offer a partial payment?
Yes. With Klarna you can pay for 3 – 36 months.
You can also choose to pay at your own pace and decide on the amount you pay each month.

When will my invoice arrive?
Your invoice is shipped when we ship your goods. It may take 1-3 days to get the invoice after you have received your products. This is because we want you as a customer not to receive an invoice before you have received the goods. Should your invoice arrive before the goods, you can wait to pay until you have the goods.

I will send back a product – what about invoice?
We recommend that you always pay the entire invoice despite returning one or more products.
When the products are returned, you will be refunded within 2-5 days.

I have not received an order confirmation
Always be sure to check that your email address is correct, this is the most common reason for missing order confirmation.

Yes – but hurry up!
If you contact us between 08-17 on weekdays within 2 hours of ordering, we usually have the option to cancel your order.
Then we can not reserve to make changes to your order. The reason is that they are treated immediately when placed and polled.

Is it free to change size?
Yes – all size changes are free of charge.

Have you received my return?
You will receive a confirmation from us by email when we received and processed your return. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our warehouse.

* Do I have to switch to the same product?
No you do not have to. Just changing the size goes well but it works equally well to switch to a completely different product, because you place an order again when you make the size changes.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Aboslutely! We offer 30 days of return after you have received your delivery. The only condition is that the item and associated hang tags as well as packaging will be returned in original condition. You can not make a repurchase on a used product, as it is not a complaint. If a product is delivered wrong or it is a wrong product, we will of course be responsible for the return cost.
