Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation promptly by email with information about the order. We encourage you to check your order confirmation so everything is correct. If something is unclear, we encourage you to contact us immediately. This order confirmation is valid as a receipt.

Deliveries
We ship all orders with PostNord, DHL Service Point, or UPS.
We ship as standard 1-3 business days after ordering. During some intense periods, deviations may occur. You will be notified if delays occur.

Scandinavia and Europe: 4-6 working days
Rest of the world: 5-12 days

We always have free shipping within Sweden.
Other countries cost 7€.

Delivery Delay
You are always entitled to cancel the purchase at delivery delay. We encourage you to cancel the purchase by e-mail info@cccphockey.se, so that both you and we will receive proof that you have canceled your purchase.

Right of withdrawal and Return
Of course, we want you to be as happy as possible. Therefore, we always have open purchase with a right of withdrawal for 30 days.
You are entitled to open the package and examine the product, but you may not use it. Return the item as well-packed as it came. If a product is wrongly delivered or dispatched, we will of course be responsible for the return cost. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. If you withdraw the purchase and send back a product, we will refund the full amount to you within 10 days after we receive the return.

How to return
1. Contact us by phone +46 (0) 8 447 65 00, or email info@cccphockey.se and we will send you the return form.
2. Pack your return in a mail-order packaging, using the same packaging as you received your order.
3. Paste the return shipping slip and submit the package to your nearest postal agent. We will pay for swaps and complaints.
4. If you wish to switch to a new product, visit the website and place a new order for what you want to change. The same applies if you have reclaimed a product and wish to have a new product.

Size of Replacement
When making a size change, you do not need to pay a return fee for the goods you ship back. You place a whole new order on the website to get what you want to change. The only condition for this is that the product is returned in original condition without defects caused by use.

Packages not retrieved
For packages that are not retrieved, you will pay shipping costs to you and return shipping to us.

Repurchase and Complaint
You are always entitled to return a product you ordered. We offer 30 days of return after you have received your delivery. The only condition for this is that the item as well as the hang tags and packaging will be returned in original order. You will not get refund if the item is used. NOTE! In case of repurchase, it is you as a customer who pays the postage of 39 SEK for your return.
